Far too often today when you are in a cus­tomer-ori­ent­ed busi­ness, the ​‘boss’ gets the com­plaints about employ­ees relat­ed to cus­tomer ser­vice issues. My hus­band and I have had a small, fam­i­ly-owned appli­ance busi­ness in South Elgin since 1973, and we too know the joys and sor­rows when deal­ing with cus­tomers and employees.

Today, we used U.S. Water­proof­ing ser­vices for two cracks in the foun­da­tion of our home. The crew of Den­nis D., Frank D., and Jesus arrived prompt­ly, explained what they were going to do, why they were doing it, and why there was going to be an odor for a while in my home. Fur­ther­more, they were neat inside and out­side of our home. Of course, the real twist of the job will be when we don’t have any ​‘leaks’ in our basement.

Please com­mend these gen­tle­men for tak­ing care of ​‘THE CUS­TOMER.’ We have used your ser­vice before and will do so again!!”
