This is to let you know that we are very sat­is­fied with the work done in con­junc­tion with the instal­la­tion of the Drain Tile Sys­tem that was done at my home on Mon­day and Tues­day, August 10 & 11 2009 and fin­ished on Sat­ur­day, August 15, 2009. The delay, as you know, was due to the non avail­abil­i­ty of an inspec­tor to inspect the work pri­or to the replace­ment of the con­crete for the affect­ed areas of the base­ment floor.

We are espe­cial­ly sat­is­fied with the crew, head­ed by Ben­i­to, that was sent to do this work.

They were very polite, accom­mo­dat­ing and hard work­ing while doing all phas­es of the instal­la­tion work and the job clean-up afterwards.”

Bob Weitz­man explained in detail and answered all of our ques­tions. Bob didn’t give us a sales pitch’ but gave us a solu­tion. Den­nis and Jesus per­formed the work in a time­ly fash­ion. We would like to thank your cus­tomer ser­vice depart­ment as well as your billing depart­ment who hon­ored a price quote from last year.

Although it has not rained heav­i­ly yet, we are con­fi­dent in the repairs done to our basement.
