“Dear U.S. Waterproofing,
Recently my husband and I had your system installed in our 100 year-old home. We purchased the home earlier this year and have been working to improve it. There was a HUGE water problem here. After every rain we would find the basement with several inches of standing water. Our current sump pump system just wasn’t taking care of the problem. After some checking around and comparing systems and results and costs we decided to go with your system. We are very HAPPY with the results.
There was one small problem during installation but that was due to a severe storm with flooding rain and 70 mile per hour winds that affected the whole area. The trenching had been done but the men were returning in the morning to finish the job. The rain brought about a fool of water into our basement that had no sump pump to carry it out of the newly dug trenches. My husband and I got up at 1 a.m. and worked to get it under control. We moved our pump from area to area and pumped the water out our basement windows. We were relieved to see the work crew show up!
This is the reason I am ending the letter. I would like to compliment you on the professional and dedicated team you had doing the work at our home. They stepped right in and took over laying the drain tile and getting everything in place to make sure that the up coming storm wouldn’t result in more water in our basement. When the men were done they left the area clean not only inside but outside also. I am sure we will recommend your service and system to anyone that we talk to. We already had 2 different people come to check it out and we informed them of how much water we ALWAYS had before and now they can see for themselves that the basement is dry and protected by U.S. Waterproofing!
Our work was done on August 26th and 27th at the above address. It was a very good experience and well worth the investment into out very loved 100-year-old home.”
