I just want­ed to drop you a line to com­pli­ment the pro­fes­sion­al job that these men did today; espe­cial­ly on a day where only aquat­ic lovers would be happy.

Your com­pa­ny had orig­i­nal­ly repaired the seep­age in my base­ment on 4/23/99 which had pro­vid­ed us with a dry envi­ron­ment up until two months ago. When I called to sched­ule anoth­er appoint­ment, your staff han­dled the mat­ter cour­te­ous­ly and efficiently.

Mike and Israel did an out­stand­ing and pro­fi­cient job. They answered all my ques­tions and con­cerns, and even showed me the area on the foun­da­tion where they sus­pect­ed the leak­age had come from. When they fin­ished the job, they left the area as clean as it was when they started.

I own my own busi­ness and we some­times for­get the guys in the trench­es that rep­re­sent our company.

I would not hes­i­tate to rec­om­mend your ser­vices to my friends and associates.”
