This let­ter has two pur­pos­es. First, I want to thank you for the exper­tise and qual­i­ty work­man­ship that repaired my dam­aged foun­da­tion. I had firms from the Mil­wau­kee area con­sult me but I was very impressed by your con­sul­tants, Mr. Bright and Mr. Tor­res. They con­veyed their knowl­edge well and con­vinced me of the prop­er way to pro­ceed. I have not been disappointed.
Sec­ond­ly, I must express my admi­ra­tion for the crew that car­ried out the dif­fi­cult and exhaust­ing work that they accom­plished. Hav­ing learned from my immi­grant grand­par­ents to work to achieve the ​“Amer­i­can Dream”; I know what it is like to labor and make ones way in this coun­try. I am an exam­ple. I’m a good judge of a man’s char­ac­ter and resilience. Your crew was remark­able. They worked intense­ly with­out com­plaint; often with great humor. They rarely paused and did a great job of repair­ing my love­ly old home. I hope you are proud of these men. They rep­re­sent you and your com­pa­ny extreme­ly well.
